As the title says, I will be attending
in Atlanta, Georgia
all four days of the convention, May 26 - 29th
. A 4-day pass is $57 if you pre-reg, otherwise it's $70 at the door. And single days prices are between $25 and $45 depending on the day. Please consider stopping by! I'll mostly be doing sketch commissions and selling a few little things, but I'm mostly just there to talk with fans. And it's definitely not just me, lots of other cool people are attending this particular con too. Check out the guest list here: www.momocon.com/guests/
and see if you find someone you're interested in. I'm sure it'll have fun.
I wish I could say I have a new book ready for the con, but unfortunately, I just don't think there's enough time to go to print now. I AM working on my next book, though, and it's nearing completion. Just a few more pages to revise and some extra content needed. Here's a preview:
Books 3 and 4 will be covering the entire Basitin Island arc, which I know is a fan favorite for a lot of people. So I want the books to do that part of the story justice. Like I said, not quite ready for Momocon, but I figured I'd let people know now, ahead of time, so they don't come to the con looking for it and end up disappointed. It'll be available online, along with the first two books, fairly soon. Also, it might be a bit premature for me to say this, but I'm planning on putting together an art book as well, if people are interested. That's a little further down the road, so let me know. I'd very much like to hear what kind of stuff you'd want to see in it. Step-by-step processes, guides, webcomic tips? I'm open for suggestions.
That's enough rambling for now. If you're coming to the convention, I'll see you there!
If you can't make it, that's okay. I'm sure there'll be more opportunities in the future.
