Decency in Tiger territory is evidently quite different from what Basitins are accustomed to. It turns out, diplomats from other countries are expected to arrive in court buck naked, as a sign of trust and openness. And of course, as the Basitin Ambassador, Keith is expected to uphold these traditions by the book, much to his dismay. Have confidence, Keith! Just pretend all the others are in their underw- oh, right. I guess that's kinda pointless.
